The CDE Accelerator™

A disruptive approach to culture + compliance consulting.

  • "We walked out with practical, actionable solutions to a problem we’ve been struggling with for a while.”

    —Chief Compliance Officer

  • "I’ve never experienced a compliance initiative like this before. Instead of a training or lecture, we actually worked together to get the root of an important issue and had a voice in solving it."

    —Business Unit President

  • "You guys are so good at facilitating. You created an experience that got everyone involved. We still talk about that event as a benchmark for quality."

    —Chief People Officer

  • "I expected another boring, typical compliance meeting. But that's not what this way. It was engaging, educational, and the hands-on skills training was exactly what we needed.".

    —Chief Compliance Officer

  • How long is an Accelerator™?

Typically, we design at least one full day of activities. But one of the first things we’ll do together is discuss your desired outcomes—and your audience—to shape an agenda that connects with them and ensures you achieve your goals.

  • Does it have to be in person?

There are some things you just can’t do remotely (or at least, that benefit from being in the same room). So, we prefer to do the Accelerator™ in person. But we also recognize that teams are more geographically dispersed than ever before—and for that reason, we can make the Accelerator work remotely or in a hybrid format.

  • Is there a lot of prep work involved?

Not at all. We typically do 1-2 prep sessions to align on goals and outcomes, collect the real world challenges you are trying to solve, and to preview an agenda. In rare cases, we may collect and review a few background materials; but we almost never give you or your team homework.

  • How many participants is normal?

This varies—a lot. We have done Accelerators™ for 400+ people as part of a department’s annual full team, global off-site; and we’ve done intimate sessions for less than ten people (in that case, we were working with a team to finalize their annual strategic plan). It all depends on your goals. But we can work with just about any number of participants.

Also, the number of participants can vary throughout the day. For example, we might do two sessions in the morning with a smaller group of core team members, and then a working lunch and afternoon with a broader set of internal stakeholders.
